Thispaperpresentsaninvestigationontheplanarlightwavecircuit(PLC)andWavelengthSelectiveSwitch(WSS)basedReconfigurableOpticalAddDropMultiplexerat16nbsp;10Gbpswith100GHzchannelspacing.Theinfluenceofincreaseinlengthoffiberhasbeeninvestigatedtoevaluatetheperformanceofopticalcommunicationsystem.ThedynamicpowertransientwithdynamicEDFAisalsostudiedwhichequalizespowervariations.Itisfoundthatthesignalcanbetransmittedwithacceptableopticaloutputpower(-34dBm)usingdynamicROADMbasedonPLCandWSSuptomaximumtransmissiondistanceof462KmwiththreedynamicEDFA`s.nbsp;
