Co0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4ferritenanoparticleswithdiameterslessthan11nmwerepreparedbythreedifferentmethodsofmicrowave,co-precipitationandLowTemperatureSolidStateReaction(LTSSR).MagneticandstructurepropertiesoftheproductswereinvestigatedbyX-RayDiffraction(XRD),AlternatingGradient-ForceMagnetometer(AGFM)andTransmissionElectronMicroscopy(TEM).Magneticpropertiesofsamplesdependedonthesynthesismethod.TheX-rayanalysisshowsthesampleshavespinelphase.TheCurietemperaturesofthesamplesweremeasuredandtheywerelowerthanthebulkones.Inaddition,allofCo0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4samplesexhibitasmallhysteresisloopatroomtemperature.
