摘要

A continuous flow synthesis of the anti-inflammatory COX-II inhibitor Celecoxib. Flow chemistry is a novel technology which can be used for the economical manufacturing of fine chemicals and active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) in an environment where economies of scale are not realised. Presented are our efforts to develop a rapid high-yielding flow synthesis of Celecoxib, an anti-inflammatory COX-II inhibitor.
