ANALYSIS OF THE TRANSPORT SERVICE OF AIRPORTS INSELECTED EUROPEAN METROPOLITAN AREAS

The article presents the characteristics of transport systems inEuropean metropolitan areas, providing a transport service of airports. Theauthors presented an analysis of statistical data and operating means of transportand compared the ways of servicing the airports. The process of transport serviceof an airport is influenced by the number of passengers handled, by the way,transport is organised in a given area and by infrastructural conditions. The articleuses correlation analysis, regression models and linear correlation indices.
