An Efficient Method for Synthesis ofN-tert-Butyl Amides Using Oxalic Acid Dihydrate in Solvent-Free Condition

摘要

An efficient method for the synthesis ofN-tert-butyl amides by reaction of nitriles withtert-butyl acetate ortert-butanol is described using oxalic acid dihydrate in solvent-free condition. The result showed thattert-butyl acetate served as a relatively better source oftert-butyl carbocation thantert-butanol.
