After working in a cinema as a projectionist, then in the print shops of many firms, in 1991 Gérard Bègue came to the OIE, where he has spent the last 19 years, printing hundreds of publications with consummate efficiency.For three years, he was also the staff representative, doing everything in his power to improve the working environment for OIE personnel.
