Weaversyndromeisageneticdisorderinwhichchildrenshowacceleratedbonegrowth,advancedboneageandacharacteristicappearanceoftheface.A14years8monthsoldpatientwiththissyndromewaspresentedwithskeletalClassIII,hyperdivergent,bilateralclassIIImolar,classIIIrightcanine,classIIleftcanine,openbiteposteriorleftandanterior,with6mmlaterognatiadeviationtotheleftside,withcompromisedperiodontalstatus,hashabitsthumbsuckingandmouthbreathing.Theapplianceusedwas:Rothprescriptionbrackets0.022"x0.030"upperandlowerbandson6#39;sand7#39;ssurgicalhoocks.Treatmentwasdividedinto3phases.Presurgicalphase:extractionofthirdmolarsandinferior.Alignment,leveling,dentaldecompensation.tripodism,oclusalstability.SurgicalPhase:Surgerybilateralmandibularsagittalosteotomy.Postsurgicalstage.Detailedandretention.Theactivetreatmenttimewas2years4months
