RELACIóN ENTRE LOS AZúCARES REDUCTORES TOTALES (ART), GRADOS BRIX Y EL CONTENIDO DE SACAROSA EN MEZCLAS DE ALIMENTACIóN A DESTILERíAS EN LA PRODUCCIóN DUAL AZúCAR –BIOETANOL EN COLOMBIA

RESUMEN Se realiz ó un estudio, donde se busc ó una relaci ó n matem á tica que permitiera expresar los Az ú cares Reductores Totales (ART) en funci ó n de los grados Brix y el contenido de sacarosa en las mezclas que se alimentan como materia prima a una destiler í a en un Ingenio azucarero para que puedan extrapolarse a los dem á s ingenios con destiler í as anexas en Colombia; esto, dado que los ART son una medida indirecta del az ú car disponible en los jugos, melazas y mieles para ser fermentado. Las variedades de ca ? a presentes en este estudio son la CC 8592 y la LCP 85-384 que son las m á s cosechadas en Colombia. Palabras claves: M í nimos Cuadrados, Correlaci ó n, Az ú car, Bioetanol.
