The path toward editorial quality

Since I began my functions as editor of RBO, I proposed myselftodraw the attention of readers and authors to what, in mypointof view, a medical journal should inform; in addition,ouraim is that RBO be read.Theother qualitiesthat may be added to the journal(forinstance, impact factors and quotes on specific searchengines)are values that must be considered secondary. In ourview,a good medical journal is reliable in the analysis of issuespublishedand, besides, should be read by most people inter-estedin the area. The quality indicators will result naturally.
