Spray dried-plasma in diets without antibiotics for weaned pigs to the 21 days of age

Aiming to determine spray-dried plasma sequence of levels to be used in diets without antibiotics for pigs weaned to the 21 days of age, it were used 108 piglets with initial weight of 6.06 ± 0.35kg allocated in a experiment in blocks randomized with four treatments, nine replicates and three animals by experimental unit. The treatments consisted in inclusion of 0.0; 2.5; 5.0 and 7.5 % of plasma sequence in the Period I (of the 22 to the 28 days of age) and 0.0; 1.25; 2.5; 3.25 % of SP in the Period II (of the 29 to the 35 days of age). There was no difference concerning on the diaorrhea occurrence and frequency. There was no significant difference between treatment sequence without plasma sequence and treatment sequence with 2.5 and 1.25 % of plasma sequence for all parameters in all periods.The animals feeding 0.0 % plasma sequence levels in diets had less feed intake, weight gain and bionutritionals indexes than that others feeding 5.0 or 7.5% spray-dried plasma levels in diets in the period I. Considering the periods I and II together, it was verified that animals receiving 5.0 % or 7.5 % PS levels in diets in the period I and 2.5 % or 3.25 % plasma sequence levels in the period II had more weight gain and bionutritionals indexes than that others receiving 0.0 % plasma sequence sequence levels in the two periods. It was concluded that the spay-dried sequence of levels to be used in diets without antibiotics for piglets weaning at 21 days old are 5.0 % in the period I and 2.5 % in the period II.↓Com o objetivo de se determinar a melhor sequência de níveis de plasma sanguíneo a ser usado em dietas sem antibióticos para leit?es desmamados aos 21 dias de idade foram utilizados 108 leit?es com peso inicial de 6,06 ± 0,35kg, em um experimento com delineamento em blocos casualizados, com quatro tratamentos, nove repeti??es e três animais por repeti??o. Os tratamentos consistiram em níveis de inclus?o de 0,0; 2,5; 5,0 e 7,5% de plasma sanguíneo no Período I (dos 22 aos 28 dias de idade) e 0,0; 1,25; 2,50; 3,25% de plasma sanguíneo no Período II (dos 29 aos 35 dias de idade). N?o houve diferen?a significativa entre os tratamentos com rela??o à ocorrência e frequência de diarreias. N?o houve diferen?a significativa entre o tratamento sequência sem plasma sanguíneo e sequência com 2,5 e 1,25% de plasma sanguíneo para os parametros estudados em nenhum dos períodos. Os animais alimentados com níveis de 0,0 % de plasma sanguíneo consumiram menos ra??o, ganharam menos peso e apresentaram índices bionutricionais menores que os animais alimentados com as dietas com níveis de 5,0 ou 7,5 % de PS no período I. Na análise dos períodos I e II juntos, verificou-se que os leit?es que receberam 5,0 ou 7,5% de plasma sanguíneo no período I e 2,5 ou 3,25% de plasma sanguíneo no período II ganharam mais peso e apresentaram maiores índices bionutricionais que os leit?es que receberam 0,0% nos dois períodos. Concluiu-se que a sequência de níveis de plasma sanguíneo a ser usada em dietas sem antibióticos para leit?es desmamados aos 21 dias de idade é a de 5,0% no período I e de 2,5% no período II.
