Plataforma de monitoreo de recursos basada en gestión del conocimiento dentro de la industria minera

Mining in México has presence in 24 of the 32 states of the country. This activity is constantly reviewing its growing and quality strategies. One of the primary targets of mining is the optimization of the extraction and production processes, considering the minimization of the risk that this activity implies to the security and human health care of the worker. This paper expose the integration between different scientific areas like software engineering, electronic engineering, knowledge management and process engineering, to develop a software platform, that allows, using RFID, monitor resources (human and equipment) to improve performance and safety within mining.
