TheobjectiveofthisworkwastoevaluatetheeffectoforganicandchemicalfertilizationappliedduringthedryandrainyseasononthepopulationdensityofrhizospherefungiintheagrocosystemofBothriochloapertusainthesabanasofSucre,Colombia.Forthein-situevaluationoffertilizersaplotof2280m2wasselected,defininganareaof1848m2;usingacompletelyrandomizedblockwithmeasuresrepeatedfortheclimaticseasons(dry,rainy).Thetreatmentswere:TESTcontrol,ABMmineralfertilizer-urea,COMPchickenmanurecompost,COMBcattlemanurecompostandLOMBvermicompost.Inthechemicalfertilizerwasapplied218kg/haofurea(46%),andintheorganic,1.5tonnes/haoforganicfertilizer.Todeterminetheeffectoffertilizersonthepopulationdensityoffungi(CFU/g)presentinthetreatmentswereusedsimplecorrespondenceanalysis,andtorelatetheabundanceoffungiwithchemicalparametersofsoiltreatmentwasperformedCanonicalCorrespondenceAnalysis.ThedatawereanalyzedinthestatisticalprogramR.Vermicomposttreatmentduringthestudyshowedthegreatestdiversityoffungalgroup:Dematiaceae,Moniliaceae,Asprgillussp,PenicilliumspandHumicolasp.Inthedryseason,allsoilswiththerespectivefertilizershadhigherdensities,showingthehighestvalueVermicompostwithDematiaceae.Itisconcludedthatthesoilwiththetreatmentvermicompostpresentedthebestmicrobiologicalconditionsintwoclimaticperiods,thesemicroorganismsbeingmoreabundantinthedryseason.
