集束化管理策略在小儿高热惊厥急救护理中的运用

：This paper reviewed the clinical data and emergency nursing care of 24 children with febrile convulsion during the intravenous fluid therapy. The bundled strategies were set up to manage the emergency nursing care of febrile convulsion in children. Bundled strategies mainly included simulated training and emergency drill of emergency management of febrile convulsion, bundled management of emergency goods and materials, application of self-made first-aid case, enhancement of training of emergency nurses. All children were rescued successfully. The singular and double response time to emergency goods and materials was(20.80±2.24)seconds and(14.80±2.24)seconds, respectively. The bundled strategies could effectively and timely implement the emergency nursing interventions of febrile convulsion, in order to ensure the safety of children and reduce the risk of complications.
