：Objective To investigate the effect of “Six Heart” nursing on quality improvement of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)nursing. Methods 〓Totally 384 patients who were treated by TCM nursing techniques were assigned to the control group(n=194)and the observation group(n=190). In the observation group, the TCM nursing techniques were carried out based on a “Six Heart” nursing model. The patient compliance to TCM nursing techniques, satisfactory degree and efficacy of TCM nursing techniques were assessed. Results 〓The compliance rate to TCM nursing techniques, satisfactory degree and efficacy of TCM nursing were higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P0.05). Conclusion 〓The implementation of “Six Heart” nursing can improve the quality of TCM nursing.
