Abstract:Objective To evaluate the rehabilitation nursing for patients with traumatic fracture. Methods A total of 68 patients with traumatic fracture were randomly divided into the control group and the study group, with 34 cases in each group. Both two groups received routine nursing care and the early rehabilitation nursing intervention was applied in the study group. The length of stay, fracture healing time, visual analogue scale(VAS), satisfaction degree to nursing service and incidence of complications were compared between two groups. Results Patients in the study group had a shorter length of stay and fracture healing time, lower VAS score compared with those in the control group, with a significant difference(P0.01). The nursing satisfaction rate was 94.12%(32/34)in the study group and was 73.53%(25/34)in the control group, with a significant difference(P0.05). there was no significant difference in incidence of complications between two groups(P0.05). Conclusion The application of rehabilitation nursing can improve the rehabilitation and nursing satisfaction in patients of traumatic fracture.
