品管圈活动在过氧化氢低温等离子灭菌质量控制中的应用

摘要

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of quality control circle(QCC)program on quality control of hydrogen peroxide low temperature plasma sterilization. Methods To set up the QCC group and to determine the theme as "reducing the failure rate of hydrogen peroxide plasma sterilization". The reasons of the failure were analyzed and corresponding measures was carried out to improve the sterilization quality. The success rate of plasma sterilization before and after the QCC implement were compared. Results After the implementation of QCC activitives, the failure rate of sterilization dropped from 10.53% to 2.49%(P 0.01). The success rate of sterilization cycle was 144.6% and the improvement rate was 76.4%. Conclusion Application of QCC activity not only reduces the failure rate of hydrogen peroxide plasma sterilization, saves the medical resource, improves the safety of clinical use, but also improves the circle members' comprehensive ability.
