规范化管理对手术室锐器伤发生率的影响

Abstract：Objective To explore the application of standardized management in reduction of the incidence rate of sharp instrument injury in operating room. Methods Causes of sharp instrument injury of nurses in operating room were investigated, and standardized management measures was developed according to the reasons, including strengthening training, standardized surgical instruments transfer operation, rational allocation of human resources and attention injury after treatment. Incidence of the sharp instrument injury and cognitive level of nurses before and after standardized management were compared. Results Poor sharp injury knowledge, poor awareness, short working life, non standardized operation were the main causes of sharp instrument injury (P0.05). After standardized management, nurses′ cognitive level of sharp injury was higher than that before management, incidence rate of sharp instrument injury was lower than that before management, correct handling rate and reporting rate were higher than those before management, and there were significant differences (P0.05). Conclusion The standardized management can improve consciousness of occupational safety, reduce incidence rate of sharp instrument injury, increase disposal capacity after sharp instrument injury and ensure the occupational safety.
