咪达唑仑应用在气管插管术中的镇静护理

摘要

Abstract：Objective To discuss calm nursing of Midazolam in endotracheal intubation. Methods A total of 60 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 30 cases in each group. Both were given Midazolam treatment, control group was given routine nursing, and observation group was given calm care, sedative effect, adverse reaction rate and effective time were compared. Results Ramsay score in the observation group was lower than the control group, sedative efficacy satisfaction was higher than that of the control group (P0.05). Calm efficacy time, awakening time and adverse reaction rate in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion Integrated calm nursing for endotracheal intubation can effectively improve sedative efficacy of Midazolam.
