：Objective To explore the application value of nursing based on syndrome differentiation combined with ear tip bleeding in patients with exogenous fever. Methods 〓Eighty-four patients with exogenous fever were randomly divided into control group(n=42)and observation group(n=42). The control group was treated with nursing based on syndrome differentiation, while the observation group was added ear tip bleeding based on the treatment of control group. The application efficacies were evaluated between two groups. Results 〓After intervention, the body temperature in two groups gradually returned to the normal, and the decreased degree in observation group was larger than that in control group(P0.05). After intervention, the levels of C-reactive protein in two groups went down obviously when compared with pre-intervention, and the level of C-reactive protein in observation group was lower than that in control group(P0.05). The overall response rate of observation group was 90.48%, obviously higher than 71.43% of control group(P0.05). Conclusion 〓Nursing based on syndrome differentiation combined with ear tip bleeding is effective in the treatment of patients with exogenous fever, so it is deserves to be popularized and applied in clinic.
