健康宣教表在胰十二指肠术后早期肠内营养支持中的作用

摘要

Abstract：Objective To evaluate the health education questionnaire in patients with enteral nutrition after pancreaticoduodenectomy(PD). Methods 〓Totally 100 patients undergoing enteral nutrition after PD were assigned to the control group(n=50)and the observation group(n=50). The control group received oral health education, and the observation group was given health education by using self-made questionnaires. The awareness of enteral nutrition knowledge was evaluated, and related complications were observed. Results 〓The awareness rate of enteral nutrition knowledge was higher in the observation group than that of controls(P0.01). There was no significant difference in complications between two groups(P0.05). There was 1 case in the observation group and 8 cases in the control group withdrew from enteral nutrition as the discomfort induced by complications. Conclusion 〓Targeted health education by using questionnaire can improve the awareness of patients with enteral nutrition after PD.
