Abstract:Objective To summarize the nursing management of patients receiving instillation of epirubicin to prevent the recurrence of bladder carcinoma after surgical management. Methods To retrospectively analyze the clinical data of 58 patients who received instillation of epirubicin to prevent the recurrence of bladder carcinoma after surgical management, and to summarize related nursing measures. Results 〓Of 58 patients, 30 cases with frequent urination and odynuria after chemotherapy for the first time. There was 1 case of recurrence of bladder carcinoma after 2 years’ follow-up. Conclusion 〓Instillation of epirubicin is effective to prevent the recurrence of bladder carcinoma after surgical management. It is also required to carry out nursing interventions on mental health, instillation chemotherapy, postoperative complication prevention and health education, so as to relieve the pain induced by chemotherapy.
