综合护理干预在慢性牙周炎患者中的应用

Abstract：Objective To evaluate the application efficacy of comprehensive nursing interventions in patients with chronic periodontitis. Methods 〓Totally 86 patients with chronic periodontitis were divided into the control group(n=41)and the observation group(n=45). Patients of the control group were given video-based oral hygiene education at the first visit to dental clinic, and those of the observation group were given comprehensive nursing interventions including psychological care and interactive oral hygiene education. The plaque index(PLI)and gingival index(GI)were assessed and compared between two groups. Results 〓The PLI and GI were decreased after treatment compared with those at the first visit to dental clinic(P0.05), and were lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P0.05). Conclusion 〓Comprehensive nursing interventions can improve the oral hygiene of patients and improve the effect of periodontal treatment.
