:Objective To investigate the efficacy of nursing interventions based on integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for patients with reflux esophagitis. Methods 〓Totally 76 patients with reflux esophagitis were assigned to the control group and the intervention group, with 38 cases in each group. Patients in both two groups received comprehensive treatment and routine care, and those in the observation group were given nursing interventions based on integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. The clinical efficacy of interventions was assessed by endoscopic examination at 8 weeks after intervention. Results 〓The overall effective rate was 76.32 %(29/38)in the control group and 92.11%(35/38)in the intervention group, with a significant difference(P0.05). In addition to the conventional treatment, the nursing interventions based on integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine are effective to relieve the symptoms of reflux esophagitis.
