Abstract:Objective To observe the adverse reaction caused by intravenous drip of doxorubicin hydrochloride liposome and to summarize relate preventive nursing measures. Methods 〓Totally 247 patients with lymphoma or myeloma were included in this study. Patients were administrated with glucocorticoid before intravenous drip of doxorubicin hydrochloride liposome. The chemical dosing concentration was control and infusion speed were carefully designed, in order to prevent the early stage adverse reaction. Results 〓There was no adverse reaction caused by intravenous drip observed in this study. Conclusion 〓Nursing measures on vital sign monitoring, infusion control and regulation of infusion procedure should be carried out, so as to prevent the early stage adverse reaction.
