Abstract:Objective To summarize the nursing management of ultrasound guided puncture drainage of breast abscess. Methods The clinical data of 30 cases of ultrasound guided puncture drainage of breast abscess were retrospectively analyzed. Nursing interventions such as psychological nursing, health education, vital signs monitoring and prevention of complications were carried out during treatment. Results All patients completed ultrasound guided puncture drainage of breast abscess successfully, and their systematic and local symptoms were released postoperatively. Conclusion Ultrasound guided puncture drainage of breast abscess has advantages of less trauma and fast postoperative recovery. It is required to carry out comprehensive nursing, in order to reduce the risk of complication and improve the postoperative rehabilitation.
