Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of different nursing methods on negative emotion of patients with splenectomy. Methods A total of 40 patients with elective splenectomy were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 20 cases in each group. Both two groups received routing nursing care before operation, and the humanized psychological nursing measures was used in the observation group. The anxiety, depression and quality of life before operation were evaluated and compared between two groups. Results The score of Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)and Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)was lower in the observation group than that of controls at 1 day and three days after intervention(P0.01). The score of the short form health survey questionnaire(SF-36)was higher in the observation group than that of controls, with a significant difference(P0.01). Conclusion Humanized psychological nursing measures can effectively relieve the patients' negative emotions before splenectomy.
