集束化护理对急性脑卒中患者误吸发生的预防作用

摘要

：Objective To explore the preventive effect of cluster bundled nursing on the aspiration of patients with acute stroke. Methods 〓Totally 202 patients with acute stroke were divided into control group(n=101)and observation group(n=101)according to the time of inclusion. The control group was given routine nursing in Department of Neurology, while observation group was added cluster bundled nursing based on the control group. Results 〓The incidences of dominant aspiration, silent aspiration(SA)and aspiration pneumonia in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group, and the differences were shown statistically significant(9.90% vs 20.79%, 11.88% vs 23.76%, 0 vs 27.72%, all P0.05). Conclusion 〓Cluster bundled nursing can effectively prevent the aspiration of patients with acute stroke, and decrease the incidence of aspiration pneumonia.
