摘要

:Objective To explore the effect of flipped classroom in the teaching of pathogenic biology and immunology. Methods 〓A random sampling method was used to select 4 of 10 classes of Grade 2017 nursing speciality. Two of them(n=90)were as the control group, and adopted the traditional teaching method, and the other 2 classes(n=90)were as the observation group, and the teaching mode was supplemented by flipped classroom teaching. The teaching effects of the two groups were evaluated by theoretical and operation tests, questionnaire survey and online evaluation system. Results 〓The scores of theoretical and operation tests of students in experimental group were higher than those in control group(P0.05). The evaluation of students to teachers' teaching effect in the observation group was superior to that in the control group(92.22% vs. 76.67%, χ2=8.290, P0.05). 92.22% of students are highly satisfied with the effect of flipped classroom teaching. Conclusion 〓The application of flipped classroom teaching on pathogenic biology and immunology can increase the students' interaction in learning and improved their learning enthusiasm, with the ideal teaching effect obtained.
