早期少量饮水对气管插管全身麻醉患者术后咽喉部疼痛的影响

：Objective To investigate the effect of early drinking on postoperative throat pain in patients with tracheal intubation under general anesthesia. Methods 〓Totally 80 patients with tracheal intubation under general anesthesia for neurosurgery were assigned to the observation group and the control group, with 40 cases in each group. Patients of both two groups received routine oral care, and those in the observation were allowed to drink water in the awakened state. The incidence and severity of sore throat and edematous swelling of the throat mucosa were assessed at 1, 2, 6, 12 and 24 hours during anesthesia recovery period. The satisfactory degree of patients was evaluated and compared between two groups. Results 〓The incidence of sore throat in the observation group was lower than that in the control group at 1,2,6,12 and 24 hours during anesthesia recovery period, respectively(P0.05). Compared with the control group, the observation group showed a better improvement in relieving swelling of the throat mucosa at 24 hours of anesthesia recovery period(P0.05). There were fewer patients with extremely uncomfortable feeling in the observation group than those in the control group during anesthesia recovery period, and with significant difference between two groups at 2 hours and 24 hours(P0.05). Conclusion 〓Early water drinking can relieve the postoperative sore throat and swelling of the throat mucosa in patients with tracheal intubation under general anesthesia.
