:Objective To explore the effect of laryngeal mask airway combined with sacral block anesthesia in urethroplasty and related anesthesia nursing in children. Methods 〓Totally 60 children undergoing urethroplasty were selected and randomly divided into the observation group(n=30)and the control group(n=30). The endotracheal intubation combined with sacral block anesthesia was adopted in the control group, and the laryngeal mask airway combined with sacral block anesthesia was used in the observation group. The operation time, respiratory recovery time, extubation time and postoperative complications were recorded and compared between two groups. Results 〓The respiratory recovery time and extubation time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P0.05). The incidence of postoperative adverse reactions was lower in the observation group than that in the control group(P0.05). Conclusion 〓The application of laryngeal mask and sacral block anesthesia can shorten the time of respiratory recovery and extubation in the urethroplasty in children. It may also reduce the risk of postoperative adverse reactions.
