回授法在腰椎间盘突出症患者健康宣教中的应用

摘要

：Objective To investigate the application efficacy of teach-back method in health education for patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH). Methods 〓Totally 58 LDH patients who received treatment between January 2015 and September 2015 were included as the control group, another 62 LDH patients who received treatment between October 2015 and June 2015 were included as the observation group. The routine healthcare education was performed in the control group, and health education based on the teach-back method was carried out in the observation group. The knowledge level of patients, Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)score at three months after the operation and recurrence rate one year after the operation. Results 〓Patients in the observation group had a higher knowledge level and better improvement of ODI score compared with those in the control group(P0.05). The recurrence rate was 1.61%(1/62)in the observation group and was 12.07%(7/58)in the control group, with a significant difference(P0.05). Conclusion 〓The teach-back method is an effective tool in health education for LDH patients. It can improve the rehabilitation of lumbar function and reduce the recurrence rate by improving the disease knowledge level of patients.
