摘要

:Objective To investigate the application efficacy of teach-back method in health education for patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH). Methods 〓Totally 58 LDH patients who received treatment between January 2015 and September 2015 were included as the control group, another 62 LDH patients who received treatment between October 2015 and June 2015 were included as the observation group. The routine healthcare education was performed in the control group, and health education based on the teach-back method was carried out in the observation group. The knowledge level of patients, Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)score at three months after the operation and recurrence rate one year after the operation. Results 〓Patients in the observation group had a higher knowledge level and better improvement of ODI score compared with those in the control group(P0.05). The recurrence rate was 1.61%(1/62)in the observation group and was 12.07%(7/58)in the control group, with a significant difference(P0.05). Conclusion 〓The teach-back method is an effective tool in health education for LDH patients. It can improve the rehabilitation of lumbar function and reduce the recurrence rate by improving the disease knowledge level of patients.
机译::目的探讨示教法在腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法〓将2015年1月至2015年9月接受治疗的LDH患者共58例作为对照组,2015年10月至2015年6月接受治疗的LDH患者共62例作为观察组。对照组进行常规的健康教育,观察组进行基于示教法的健康教育。患者的知识水平,术后三个月的Oswestry残疾指数(ODI)得分以及术后一年的复发率。结果〓与对照组相比,观察组患者的知识水平更高,ODI评分改善更好(P <0.05)。观察组复发率为1.61%(1/62),对照组为12.07%(7/58),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论〓回授法是LDH患者健康教育的有效手段。通过提高患者的疾病知识水平,可以改善腰椎功能的康复,降低复发率。
