护理交接班效果评价的研究

摘要

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of nursing shift. Methods Totally 160 nurses were investigated by questionnaire survey with the Chinese version of Nursing Assessment of Shift Report, and number of effective questionnaire was 159. Results In the 159 nurses, average score of nursing shift was (67.94±9.29). The highest score was acquired in item of “promoting effective communication”, and the lowest score was acquired in item of “nursing shift is stressfree”. Conclusion According to the survey, the evaluation score is not high in nurses. Nursing managers should solve the existing problems to improve the quality of the nursing shift.
