Abstract:ObjectiveThe clinical data of 131 pregnant women with premature rupture of fetal membranes was analyzed retrospectively. Of 131 pregnant women, 53 cases (40.5%) chose cesarean delivery and 78 cases (59.5%) chose vaginal delivery. There were 10 premature infant,and no maternal or infant death was observed. Nursing interventions including psychological factors, body position and perineum nursing, monitoring vital signs, giving contractions drug, antiinfection treatment and acceleration of lung maturation are the key points in nursing care of premature rupture of fetal membranes.
