MON-304 Effect of Sodium-Glucose Co-transporter 2 Inhibitors in Patients with Diabetic Kidney Disease

摘要

Auditing on effective monitoring of progressive chronic kidney disease among patients attending diabetic clinic. Conclusions: Administration of SGLT2i reduces UPCR and mitigates reduction of eGFR even in patients with advanced diabetic kidney disease. These results support a large outcome trial in this population to confirm long-term safety and efficacy in reducing cardiovascular events and end-stage kidney diseases.
