Role of the oil industry in Russia's energy strategy

摘要

The article describes the main problems and prospects of oil industry development in Russia in light of changes in the energy strategy until 2020 and 2030 years: author composed the scheme for the formation of energy strategy in the sphere of subsoil use; the characteristic of the three phases of the energy strategy; author systematized the main ways of solving problems in the Russia's oil industry.
