CATEGORIZATION AND CERTIFICATION DANGEROUS OBJECTS THE FUEL AND ENERGY COMPLEX

The experience of recent years shows that in the world, the actions of international organized criminal groups, mining companies significantly increasing the share of the losses. This circumstance is explained by the fact that the objects of fuel and energy complex (especially in various oil and gas companies), because of its social and economic significance, but also because of the rather high explosive and fire risk, are the most vulnerable to all kinds of extremist manifestations.Mostly, this threat affects politically unstable regions of the world: middle East, Persian Gulf, Africa, India, and other countries in Central and Latin America.Perspective development of fuel and energy complex (FEC) of the Russian Federation, the output of fuel and energy companies of Russia and the continental shelf, as well as strategic goals the need to strengthen the position of Russia in the global division of labour as an energy superpower is imposing new requirements on security and reliability of virtually all complex objects.Prerequisites and need of work on categorization and certification of the objects of fuel and energy complex serving for increase of their security from possible terrorist attacks are shown. The detailed vulnerable objects of power infrastructure of the country. Main units the organization of anti-terrorist and antidiversionary protection of hazardous production facilities of fuel and energy complex are presented.
