摘要

The purpose of the study was to determine the role of the educational supervisor in teachers’ssocial security basic schools of the Jesús Enrique Lossada and San Francisco municipality in theState of Zulia. Theories were: genius (2000), Pozner (2000) and Lares (2005) among others. Theresearch was descriptive, on the field, non-experimental and transectional-descriptive. Thepopulation was 1975 subjects. The survey was analyzed by descriptive statistics. The variables canbe improved to achieve the educational quality of life and stability of teachers, strategiesimplementation for control and follow-up within the supervisory role was recommended.
