Conventional pumping unit diagnosis

The publication is devoted to questions of optimization of processes of service of the oil-field equipment, minimization of material and time expenditure on them. Results of research of the pumping unit on a technical (actual) condition, namely, on means of vibration diagnostics and thermovision shooting (passive thermal control) in dynamics for half a year are presented. The detailed characteristic is given to the technical means used in work – to the multipurpose acoustic measuring instrument and the figurative thermovision camera. The choice of parameters of vibration diagnostics as the diagnostic is reasonable. Processing thermograph which was carried out by means of the computer program: Therma CAM Researcher Professional: is executed. As a result of the performed work possibility of transition of oil-extracting managements on service of pumping units on a technical condition from service on an operating time is offered
