CHECKING CALCULATION OF THE BUILDING STRUCTURES AND DESIGNS AS AN IMPORTANT EVALUATION STAGE OF THE TECHNICAL CONDITION WITHIN THE EXECUTION OF THE INDUSTRIAL SAFETY EXAMINATION

The work is made on the basis of the execution of the industrial safety examination and reflects questions of the checking calculation fulfilment as an important component in the inspection of the building structure technical states.The question of the necessity of inspection, diagnosis and the construction’s damage fixation which are required but insufficient conditions of carrying out an execution examination of the industrial buildings and structures safety are considered in the article. For evaluation of the real state of buildings and structures and for issuing a valid conclusion of their safe operation possibility it is necessary to perform calculation of their carrying ability. This allow to define a real state of the construction elements, structures and buildings as a whole, to take essential measures for the elimination of the identified shortcomings, to assure the guaranteed production safety. The emphasis on the necessity of a timely carrying out expert examination of the industrial safety as an instrument of definition of the object expertise in accordance with the requirements of the industrial safety based on the independence principles, objectivities, comprehensiveness and the fullness of the inspection researches , conducted with the help of the modern scientific and technical achievements and reliability of the dangerous production operation is made in the article.Examples on the practice of inspections and influence of the checking calculations on the definition of the real state of buildings and constructions are given in the article.
