摘要

Degradation of ecological environment and health functions of cultivated land can cause great threatsto food safety. In order to effectively promote ecological safety monitoring and protection practices ofcounty cultivated land, factors influencing cultivated land ecological environment in Huanghua City(Hebei Province) were analysed. An ecological security monitoring index system for current cultivatedland utilization in China was constructed. A database was constructed, and a safety evaluation wascarried out based on the agricultural land classification platform by using the single index evaluationmethod. Evaluation results overlapped in terms of the spatial consistency between managementtechnologies and monitoring results. Cultivated lands were divided according to safety monitoringresults. Corresponding management and monitoring measures were proposed. Results demonstratethe excessive application of chemical fertilizer is the leading threat to cultivated land ecologicalenvironment in Huanghua City. Arsenic and Ni content have low safety levels in a part of the region.High attention can be paid to their real-time monitoring. Moreover, cultivated land shortage, low unityield, and small reserves all intensify pressure on cultivated land ecological environment in HuanghuaCity. Insufficient soil fertility and freshwater shortage are caused by poor physical and chemicalproperties of soil, and because of this cultivated land ecological environment in Huanghua City has nomaterial basis. The study provides references to set up ecological safety monitoring system for thecounty cultivated land and practices.
