Beth Ashmore reported that there will be no liaisonmeetings this month due to scheduling conflicts, butliaisons can schedule a meeting if they have a need. Sheis also in the process of pinning down dates for thewinter conference calls in January. A GroupMe textgroup has been setup for the board to facilitatecommunication between board members during theconference. A Google Voice number associated with theBoard gmail account has also been setup to receivetexts and calls for reporting code of conduct violations.
