Quality evaluation and test methods of chopped strand glass fiber mat

摘要

In order to produce a mat, it is necessary to obtain impregnating property, uniformity, corrosion resistance and strength necessary for handling.　In this paper, we evaluate the standard physical properties of chopped strand mat, mat strength evaluation and calculation method, bending stiffness test method, evaluation method of uniform dispersion, impregnation test method, product quality evaluation method, boiling water immersion test method, long-term deterioration test method and strength test method will be described.
