The Association of Lithuanian Serials together with the Lithuanian Research Library Consortium organized a conference ?Scientometric tools: how much known, how well used“, which took place in Vilnius on 29 April 2011. This thematic issue of the journal presents articles prepared on the basis of the conference presentations.
