摘要

Selenium (Se) is a necessary trace element for the human body. It is important to take appropriate measures to increase the Se accumulation in plants, because the most safety way for human body to absorb Se is through plant absorption. In field experiments, the method of artificial pretreatment was used to construct the field experiment system of different concentrations of Se. The radish was used as the experiment object to investigate the effect on yield, characteristics of Se accumulation and quality of edible parts in radish under different methods of Se application, such as fertilizing, foliar application, seed soaking. The results showed that when the content of Se in soil was at a low level (0.851 mg kg~(-1)), the results showed that the treatment of foliar Se in trefoil stage of radish can significantly improve the Se concentration by about 28.86% and vitamin C content about 35.05% of radish root. And radish has the strongest ability to enrich Se. When the content of Se in the soil is 6.688 mg kg~(-1), it is not necessary to soak the radish or apply the foliar to obtain higher Se content of radish and the strongest Se enrichment ability, soaking and foliar application will reduce the quality of radish.
