Exact solution of plane Poiseuille flow in a channel filled with a porous medium

In this paper, I have presented an analytical solution to the problem ofplane Poiseuille flow in a channel filled with a porous medium. Nield et al.,~(1) have expressed it in terms of elliptic integrals. I express it in anequivalent, but a more conventional form, in terms of Weierstrass ellipticfunction. I also present the R code to plot the velocity profile and computethe flux.
