Highlights ? Management of cervical leiomyosarcoma in pregnancy requires a multidisciplinary approach. ? Ovarian preservation is preferred in young patients with early stage cervical leiomyosarcoma. ? Routine lymphadenectomy in patients with early stage cervical leiomyosarcoma is not useful.
