Rethinking the capital-first approach to water supply

In these challenging times, the attitude and approach taken by water utilities has become more important than ever, which is one of the reasons why GWI's Water Leader coverage has expanded to take in more voices from utilities across the globe than ever before. While last month we heard from utilities in countries that were feeling the worst effects of the pandemic, this month we are hearing more from developing nations, particularly in Africa (see stories p21).
