Double-strandedRNA(dsRNA)isproducedinhostcellsduringviralreplication.TheeffectsofDNAdemethylationongeneexpressionindsRNAtransfectedswinecellsareunclear.ThestudyaimstoprofilethetranscriptomechangeswhichareinducedbyDNAmethyltransferaseinhibitor(Aza-CdR)inporcinePK15cellstransfectedwithviral-likedsRNA(Poly(I:C)).Atotalof44,76and952differentiallyexpressedgenes(DEGs)weredetectedinthecellstreatedbyPoly(I:C)plusAza-CdR(P#xA0;+#xA0;A),Poly(I:C)(P)orAza-CdR(A)alonecomparedtothecontrols(C).Immuneresponse-relatedpathwaysareobservedinthecomparisonofAemvs./emCandPemvs./emC,andthegenesinthepathwayswererecoveredinthecomparisonof(P#xA0;+#xA0;A)emvs./emC.GOanalysisindicatedthatAza-CdRhasnegativeregulatoryeffectsonviralreproduction.TheresultssuggestthatthestimulantofPoly(I:C)couldberegressedbyAza-CdR.Theseobservationsprovidenewinsightsintotheepigeneticregulatoryeffectsonviralreplication./p/div
