摘要

The objective of this work was to evaluate the consumption of vitamin C sources, through the use ofnatural and industrialized juices and others food and pharmaceutical formulations of the“Universidade Federal Rural do Semiárido”, Mossoró- RN students. We applied 50 questionnaires,giving a percentage of 15% of the studied group. Each questionnaire contained eight questions. Thedata were transferred to a graphic spreadsheet with subsequent analysis and conclusions. Therespondent’s majority were aged between 20-25 years. In the choice for a food there happened stronginteraction of the factors comfort versus time.
