Geographical Position of South-east of Kazakhstan as a Factor of Population and Region’s Economy Vulnerability to Natural Disasters

摘要

The article considers the role of geographical position of the territory as a factor of population and economy vulnerability to natural disasters. Geographical position of south-east of Kazakhstan causes region’s vulnerability to more than 30 kinds of natural and man-made disasters.
